How hard is it to cancel Shadow PC?

Shadow PC subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the account dashboard (online self-serve) with no notice period required before the renewal date; cancellation via support ticket or postal mail requires at least 10 days notice before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and access continues until that date. No refunds are issued upon cancellation unless required by applicable law or the service was interrupted for more than 24 consecutive hours. There are no cancellation fees, but user data is deleted after the subscription ends and must be backed up beforehand.
