Setapp can be cancelled online via the Subscription page (Manage subscription > Cancel subscription), followed by a short 2-question survey. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refund is given for unused days. Refunds are available only if no apps were installed or opened during the billing period and the request is made within 14 days (monthly plans) or 30 days (annual plans) of the last payment, submitted via support ticket. No pause/freeze feature exists; the recommended workaround is cancel-and-resubscribe.
