How hard is it to cancel Seeking Alpha?
Seeking Alpha scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Seeking Alpha subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve on the 'Paid Subscriptions' page in the user's account, and all plans auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the completion of the current billing period for both monthly and annual plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. The only documented money-back guarantee is for Investing Group annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days (refund of the unused portion), limited to first-time subscribers; paid trials and lower-priced offers are non-refundable. Support is available at [email protected].

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
