How hard is it to cancel ScrapingBee?

ScrapingBee scores 84/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Cancellation is fully self-serve from the dashboard: log in at app.scrapingbee.com/dashboard, go to Billing, click Cancel Subscription, select the subscription, click Cancel Subscription again, complete the cancellation form, and Confirm. ScrapingBee states this takes under 30 seconds. You can cancel at any time; the account stays active and remaining API credits are usable until the end of the current billing period, but unused credits do not roll over. Per the Terms, termination may also be done via support ([email protected]) and must be communicated before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal. All amounts paid are non-refundable, except a narrow pro-rata refund if a documented service non-compliance cannot be fixed within 15 days. No app-store/third-party billing caveat applies; billing is direct.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
