How hard is it to cancel ScottishPower?

The cooling-off period ends 14 days from the day after you sign up (new customers) or confirm a new tariff (existing customers). You can cancel by calling 0800 400 200 during the 14-day cooling-off period or via ScottishPower's online cancellations page, with no exit fees for cancelling within cooling-off on a domestic distance/online contract. Fixed tariffs may otherwise carry early exit fees. Your final bill is normally produced within 6 weeks of moving to your new supplier, and if you are in credit ScottishPower refunds you, usually within 14 days.
