How hard is it to cancel Scentbird?
Scentbird scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, email.
Scentbird subscriptions can be canceled online via the account dashboard or mobile app (Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription), or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be completed at least one day before the next billing date to avoid a charge; 3-, 6-, and 12-month term plans cannot be canceled mid-term. Subscription charges are non-refundable; defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Subscribers can also skip a month or pause their subscription through the account portal without canceling.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
