Scentbird subscriptions can be canceled online via the account dashboard or mobile app (Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription), or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be completed at least one day before the next billing date to avoid a charge; 3-, 6-, and 12-month term plans cannot be canceled mid-term. Subscription charges are non-refundable; defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Subscribers can also skip a month or pause their subscription through the account portal without canceling.
