How hard is it to cancel Scaleway?

Re-graded 2026-08-19 from the rendered close-account doc (Reviewed on February 04, 2026), which a plain fetch could not read because the article body is client-rendered. The page states an account is closed self-serve in the console: Organization Settings, scroll to Close account, click Close account, type Close to confirm. Prerequisites are stated plainly: delete active resources, backups and services, and all invoices must be paid with consumption equal to zero. It discloses that resources are billed for usage before manual deletion, which can take up to 10 days, and documents how to reopen an account. No refund terms appear on the readable primary page, so refund_disclosed is scored on what is actually published rather than on the terms PDF, which renders no extractable text.
