Members can cancel online via 'Min sida' (My Page) on sats.se, or by email, contact form, letter, phone, or in-person at a gym. The notice period is 1 month and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month following the month in which notice is received (e.g., notice in January means membership ends at end of February). New memberships include a 12-month binding period (bindningstid) during which early termination is only permitted in extraordinary circumstances. Prepaid cash memberships are non-refundable except in documented health-risk cases; monthly-billed memberships are not prorated.

  • Account/data deletion: Members can request deletion via SATS's contact form (select GDPR category). Confirmation issued within 30 days.
