How hard is it to cancel Salams?
Salams scores 59/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via in-app, online (self-serve).
Salams (formerly Minder) subscriptions are managed and cancelled through the native app store — iOS users go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, while Android users go to Google Play Account > Subscriptions; cancellation can also be initiated in-app via Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription. Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period; access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle. No refund policy is disclosed on the official cancellation help page. Customer support is available only via email through the Zendesk help-center portal — the company explicitly states it has no phone support number.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
