Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Sakuraco subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online through the My Account Dashboard by selecting View Plan and then Cancel Subscription; the process requires answering mandatory questions and typing "YES" to confirm. Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. All amounts paid are final and non-refundable, with no prorated refunds for prepaid plans; the only exception covers missing or damaged items reported within 7 days with photographic evidence. Monthly-plan subscribers may alternatively skip a single month instead of cancelling outright.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
