How hard is it to cancel Ryanair Prime?
Ryanair Prime scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IE — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email, phone.
Ryanair Prime (closed to new members from November 2025) can be cancelled at any time via the Ryanair Prime section of the member's myRyanair account, or by contacting Ryanair Customer Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month contract period and fees are non-refundable outside the statutory 14-day cooling-off window. Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund is available if no benefits have been used; a pro-rated refund applies if benefits were partially used. The subscription does not auto-renew and membership expires automatically after the 12-month term.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
