How hard is it to cancel Runna?
Runna scores 78/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, online (self-serve).
Runna Premium can be cancelled at any time through the platform where the subscription was purchased (iOS Settings, Google Play Store, or Paddle web portal). Monthly subscribers retain access through the end of the current billing cycle and should cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. Annual subscribers retain access for the full 12-month paid period with no pro-rata refund after the 48-72 hour window. Refunds are handled by the billing platform (Apple, Google, or Paddle) and are only routinely granted within 48-72 hours of purchase, at the platform's discretion.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
