Roon subscriptions can be cancelled online by logging into account.roon.app and clicking the cancellation button on the relevant membership; access continues until the end of the current billing period (free trial cancellations take effect immediately). Roon does not offer refunds for any subscription purchases, including renewals, the only risk-free period is the 14-day free trial. There is no pause or freeze option. Account/data deletion requires emailing Roon's accounts team from the registered email address, as it is not self-service.
