How hard is it to cancel Rocket Money?

Rocket Money Premium can be cancelled in-app or on the website via Settings > Premium Membership > Manage Membership, but the flow requires moving a price slider to $0 before a Cancel Subscription button appears, adding friction. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no advance notice required, and access to Premium features continues until then. No refund or proration is offered on the subscription fee for the remaining period; the negotiation fee is explicitly non-refundable except in cases of error. How to cancel Rocket Money

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option exists for the Premium membership; the only options are to reduce the monthly contribution amount via slider or cancel outright.
• Account/data deletion: Account deletion is separate from cancellation and is self-serve via Settings > Profile > Delete My Account (in-app or web). Deleting the account permanently erases all Rocket Money data and cannot be undone; data is removed within 48 hours, subject to the Privacy Statement.
