How hard is it to cancel Roblox Premium?
Roblox Premium scores 78/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Roblox Premium can be cancelled online via Settings > Subscriptions > 'Cancel Renewal' button on the web or desktop app; subscriptions purchased through Apple iOS or Google Play must be cancelled through those respective app stores. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — access and Robux stipend continue until then. Memberships are explicitly non-refundable and non-transferable, and Roblox's Subscription Terms require users to waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights to the maximum extent permitted by law. Notably, as of April 30, 2026, Roblox Premium is no longer available for new purchase; existing subscribers who cancel cannot resubscribe.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
