Rippling is a B2B HR/Payroll/IT SaaS sold under an Order Form + Customer Terms of Service. There is NO self-serve in-account cancel button. The subscription auto-renews unless either party gives written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the end of the then-current Subscription Term (renewal = shorter of the initial term or 12 months). Cancellation in practice is handled by contacting Rippling ([email protected] / your account manager) to issue non-renewal or termination notice. In-platform account deactivation is explicitly NOT a termination of the Agreement and does not reduce payment obligations, which continue through the end of the current term. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided; a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees only applies if the customer terminates for Rippling's uncured material breach (30-day cure period). No in-app-store billing applies (direct/contract billing).
