How hard is it to cancel Replit?
Replit scores 66/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Replit subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing term. Individual (Core/Pro) plans are cancelled online via Settings > Billing > Cancel, with access continuing until the end of the paid period; Teams plans are cancelled by deleting the organisation in advanced settings, which immediately removes all resources and access. Refunds are available for subscription payments made within 30 days of purchase (most recent charge only); Usage-Based Billing charges are non-refundable. No pause or freeze option is documented.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
