Individual (Core/Pro) plans are cancelled online via Settings > Billing > Cancel, with access continuing until the end of the paid period; Teams plans are cancelled by deleting the organisation in advanced settings, which immediately removes all resources and access. Refunds are available for subscription payments made within 30 days of purchase (most recent charge only); Usage-Based Billing charges are non-refundable. No pause or freeze option is documented.
