Rent the Runway members can cancel online at any time by visiting 'Manage Plan' in the 'Your Membership' section of their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for amounts already paid. All rented items must be returned by the end of the billing period to avoid late fees. A pause option is also available, with or without returning current items.
