How hard is it to cancel Rent the Runway?

Rent the Runway members can cancel online at any time by visiting 'Manage Plan' in the 'Your Membership' section of their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for amounts already paid. All rented items must be returned by the end of the billing period to avoid late fees. A pause option is also available, with or without returning current items.

• Pause/freeze: available — Members can pause with or without returning current items. Pausing without items requires returning all products by the next billing date; pausing with items lets members retain current rentals during the pause. Available via account settings.
