How hard is it to cancel Renderforest?

Renderforest cancellation (turning off auto-renewal) is done online via My Account, the Subscription tab, then the Actions section and 'Cancel Subscription'; mobile subscriptions are cancelled through the App Store or Google Play. The terms state users will not receive a refund for fees already paid for the current period; after cancelling auto-renewal the subscription stays active until the end of the paid billing period and no further charge is made. Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law, with refunds considered case-by-case at the company's sole discretion. Support is reachable at [email protected].
