Regal Unlimited members can cancel at any time by signing into their Crown Club account online at regmovies.com, via the Regal app, or by contacting Customer Relations by phone. Each plan carries an initial non-cancelable term of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year depending on the plan chosen; early cancellation is only permitted in limited circumstances (medical inability to attend for 3+ consecutive months, death, or relocation outside the US/territories). After the initial term, the subscription renews month-to-month until cancelled. No refunds are provided except for surcharges on cancelled reservations, which are credited back to the payment method on file.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
