How hard is it to cancel RED by SFR?

RED by SFR mobile plans are no-commitment and can be cancelled at any time online via the RED client account, through the RED & Moi app chat, or by requesting a phone callback (Monday-Saturday 8am-9pm). Cancellation takes effect after a mandatory 10-calendar-day notice period from the date the request is recorded; a reversal is possible up to the day before the effective date. For RED Box (fixed internet), cancellation is also available online or by phone but incurs a €59 line-closure fee, with equipment to be returned within 21 days and deposit refunded within 30 days thereafter. No proration refund is documented for mobile plans; pro-rata regularisation applies to the RED Box final invoice.

- Pause/freeze: available, Temporary line suspension available for customers relocating abroad; must be requested via the RED & Moi app or by contacting a RED advisor. No self-serve freeze option for standard subscribers.
- Account/data deletion: Users can request erasure of personal data via their client account under 'Infos perso', or by written postal request to: Service client SFR Données personnelles, TSA 10101, 69947 LYON CEDEX 20. Erasure may be restricted where contractual or legal obligations apply. Post-cancellation, SFR Cloud data is recoverable for 30 days; SFR Mail is blocked after 6 months and deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
