How hard is it to cancel Reclaim AI?

Reclaim AI subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via the Billing and Team page in the account dashboard; no advance notice is required and access continues until the end of the current billing period, at which point the account downgrades to the free Lite plan. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the initial start date are eligible for a pro-rata refund equal to 11 months of the fee paid, less transaction fees and taxes; cancellations after 30 days receive no refund.

• Pause/freeze: available — Reclaim offers a 'Pause scheduling' option via Account Settings > Manage My Account, which disables automated scheduling features (Habits, Smart Buffers) and removes Reclaim-created calendar events without deleting the account. No documented time limit or cost change during pause.
• Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account from Account Settings > Manage My Account > Delete account. Reclaim clears all Reclaim-created calendar events and permanently deletes all user and account data from their systems within up to one hour.
