How hard is it to cancel Raycast Pro?
Raycast Pro scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Raycast Pro can be cancelled at any time via Account Settings on the website (online), or through the iOS App Store for app-based subscriptions; there is no phone, mail, or in-person channel. Cancellation stops auto-renewal immediately but Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable with no credits for partial periods — the only exception is a pro-rata refund for the Advanced AI add-on if removed before the next Pro renewal date. The Terms of Service also specify that users must provide notice within 10 days of receiving a renewal notice to cancel at period end; EU/UK consumers additionally have a 14-day statutory cooling-off right.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
