How hard is it to cancel Rappi Prime?

Rappi Prime/Pro is an auto-renewing membership (free/reduced delivery and exclusive promos) that renews automatically every 30 calendar days. Users cancel in-app through the support icon > Mi Cuenta > Rappi Pro > Cancelar mi Suscripcion, choosing a reason. After cancellation the membership remains valid until the end of the current 30-day period and does not renew. No refund is given for unused benefits when the user cancels; Rappi only issues a prorated refund if it cancels for a terms violation. No pause feature is documented.
