How hard is it to cancel Ramp?
Ramp scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
To cancel Ramp Plus, navigate to Company > Statements & Payments > Settings > Cancel Subscription in the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Ramp Plus subscription fees are non-refundable; removing users does not trigger refunds or credits. Seat charges are prorated when users are added mid-cycle but not refunded on removal. Full account closure (as opposed to plan downgrade) requires the account Owner to contact Ramp Support, with confirmation from at least one Admin user. There is no documented pause option.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
