How hard is it to cancel Rakuten Viki?

Viki Pass subscribers can cancel online via Account Settings > Subscription tab > Cancel Plan (web or mobile browser), or through their platform's subscription management (iOS App Store, Google Play, Roku, Apple TV). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with benefits remaining active until then. Viki recommends making changes at least 2 days before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for unused subscriptions or late cancellations; web and Google Play subscribers may submit a refund request form for agent review, while Apple and Roku subscribers must contact those platforms directly.
