Accounts are closed in-app via My Settings > Support > Close account; deleting the app does not cancel the account. There are no withdrawal fees or penalties, and no monthly fee is charged at a $0/sub-$1 balance, so users can effectively stop fees by emptying the balance. Pending transactions complete before closure; tax statements remain accessible after closing. No explicit notice period or pro-rata refund is documented. Data-deletion and privacy requests go to [email protected].
