quip refill subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly through the online account dashboard in approximately four steps (Manage Subscriptions > select plan > Cancel this subscription > confirm reason). Cancellation must be completed at least one day before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; quip sends a reminder email at least three days before an order processes. No refunds are issued for subscription periods already paid, and the quip+ annual membership fee is explicitly non-refundable. Cancellation by email via [email protected] or [email protected] is also available as an alternative channel.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
