quip refill subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly through the online account dashboard in approximately four steps (Manage Subscriptions > select plan > Cancel this subscription > confirm reason). Cancellation must be completed at least one day before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; quip sends a reminder email at least three days before an order processes. No refunds are issued for subscription periods already paid, and the quip+ annual membership fee is explicitly non-refundable. Cancellation by email via [email protected] or [email protected] is also available as an alternative channel.
