QuillBot Premium can be cancelled anytime online via Account Settings (Your Plan tab → Cancel subscription) or by submitting a support ticket; mobile subscribers must cancel through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, the subscription remains active until expiry and does not renew. Refunds are generally not provided for US users; the Terms of Service states all fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at QuillBot's discretion, though a limited money-back window (3 days for most regions; 14 days for EEA/UK) is referenced in the help center. Pausing (30/60/90 days) is available for web-purchased individual plans only.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
