How hard is it to cancel QuackQuack?

QuackQuack (Hyderabad, India) lets users downgrade or stop auto-renewal through the website/app Settings > My Orders, through their Play Store account, or by emailing [email protected]. The current active subscription cannot be cancelled mid-term, but auto-renewal can be turned off so the plan ends at the term. A refund is available only if the subscription is cancelled within 3 working days AND the service has not been used. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. No documented pause option.
