QuackQuack (Hyderabad, India) lets users downgrade or stop auto-renewal through the website/app Settings > My Orders, through their Play Store account, or by emailing [email protected]. The current active subscription cannot be cancelled mid-term, but auto-renewal can be turned off so the plan ends at the term. A refund is available only if the subscription is cancelled within 3 working days AND the service has not been used. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. No documented pause option.

How to cancel QuackQuack

  • Channels: online (self-serve), email
  • Official cancellation page: https://www.quackquack.in/termsofuse/
  • Pause/freeze: not offered. QuackQuack documents no pause/freeze; mid-term cancellation is not allowed but auto-renewal can be turned off so the plan ends at term.
  • Refund policy: https://www.quackquack.in/termsofuse/
  • Account/data deletion: Turning off auto-renewal or downgrading is separate from deleting the account; Play Store purchases are managed in the store account, and uninstalling the app does not stop billing. https://www.quackquack.in/termsofuse/

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
