P.volve streaming (digital) members can cancel at any time via a self-serve multi-step flow in their account dashboard (Account Settings > Digital Membership > Manage > Cancel Membership); access continues through the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for unused time. Members who subscribed through Apple or Google must cancel through those platforms directly. Studio members must give 30 days' written notice via studio email or in person and sign a cancellation form. Streaming memberships can also be paused (rather than cancelled) for a self-chosen duration at no charge.
