How hard is it to cancel PureGym?
PureGym scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the UK, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, email.
PureGym monthly members can cancel online via the Members' Area (website or app) or by emailing member services; cancellation must be submitted at least 4 working days before the next payment date, and the membership remains active until the day before that payment date. A 14-day cooling-off period applies from contract creation, with a full refund minus any usage fees if the member has already started. Fixed-term memberships (6, 9, or 12 months) cannot be cancelled early for free, early termination results in a refund of 50% of the pro-rata fees for the remaining term. There is no refund for rolling monthly memberships cancelled outside the cooling-off window; day passes are non-refundable.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
