How hard is it to cancel Pure Pet Food?

Pure Pet Food's cancellation page directs customers to call customer service to cancel; subscription cancellation is confirmed for future orders but does not automatically cancel any live order already in process. Changes, including cancellation, must be made before 23:59 the day before the billing date.
