How hard is it to cancel PURE Fitness?
PURE Fitness scores 60/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the HK — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via in person.
PURE Fitness (Hong Kong) requires members to cancel in person by completing a Request for Termination of PURE Account (Cancellation Notice) at any PURE location; online and email cancellation are not accepted. For Monthly Autopay memberships, notice must be submitted on or before the 5th of the month (when autopay falls on the 16th) or by the 20th of the previous month (when autopay falls on the 1st), and the agreement ends one month after the following bill cycle; missing the deadline means being charged one month's non-refundable autopay fee. Monthly Autopay cannot be terminated until the full minimum payment term has expired, and prepaid packages cannot be cancelled during the prepaid period (they simply auto-expire); after the term memberships auto-renew monthly subject to an out-of-contract fee. No cooling-off window or refunds are published. Suspension is available with at least 10 days' notice, up to 12 months for pregnancy or 3 months for other medical reasons, with a HK$288/month fee for non-medical holds.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
