How hard is it to cancel Pulumi?
Pulumi scores 60/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in_account.
The Terms & Conditions give a self-serve route in one sentence: 'You may terminate these Terms at any time by canceling your account on the Pulumi Services.' Paid terms renew automatically unless notice is given 'thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term', so a subscriber who cancels inside that window still pays through the end of the term. Nothing is returned: 'You will not receive any refunds due to early account termination.' No dedicated cancellation help page exists and no exact click path is published, so the channel is stated only in the abstract.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
