No automatic refund is issued on cancellation; refunds on annual or lifetime plans must be requested via the chat widget within 3 days of purchase, and monthly plans are non-refundable. The 3-day money-back guarantee is one-time only (a second refund is not permitted). No pause or freeze option exists.
