Proton Pass subscriptions are canceled online via account.proton.me (Settings → All settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription); if account access is unavailable, cancellation can be requested via the customer support form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the paid plan remains active until then with no early termination. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase (request must be submitted through the support form within 30 days; one refund per user; cash/bank-transfer payments excluded); no prorated refund is issued when downgrading to the free plan after the 30-day window. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
