How hard is it to cancel Productboard?
Productboard scores 60/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime before the next renewal date via the in-app Billing page. Annual and multi-year subscribers must provide written notice at least 30 days before the subscription end date to avoid auto-renewal; cancellations on annual plans take effect at the renewal date with no refund for remaining days. Spark plan subscribers must email [email protected] to cancel. Fees are non-refundable per the Master Subscription Agreement, with narrow exceptions for service discontinuation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
