Prodigy memberships can be cancelled online via the Parent or Educator account dashboard, by phone at 1-866-585-4655, by emailing [email protected], or through the iOS/Android app store for purchases made there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (access continues until then) with no advance notice requirement. Per the Terms and Conditions, fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law; however, the help center FAQ indicates refunds can be requested through support within approximately 15 days for monthly or 30 days for annual terms. Monthly subscribers may also pause for up to 1 month instead of cancelling.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
