How hard is it to cancel Printful?
Printful scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email, live chat.
Printful is free to use; the paid Growth membership can be cancelled at any time, self-serve, from the Dashboard > Printful plans section (Cancel), or by emailing [email protected], or via live chat. Cancelling ends the paid membership but is NOT the same as deleting your account, your account, stores and catalog stay intact. There is no refund for time remaining in the current paid billing cycle; membership perks remain active until the end of the period and the plan does not auto-renew after cancellation. To remove the account entirely, use Settings > My Account > Delete Account.
How to cancel Printful

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
