How hard is it to cancel Powtoon?

Powtoon's terms allow users to terminate a paying account at any time by logging into their account on the site; the service remains accessible until the date of the next scheduled subscription fee, at which point termination takes effect (no renewal). Subscription fees auto-renew monthly or yearly until terminated, while Powtoon for Business users actively pay each period. A 14-day refund is available under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, but refunds are withheld from users who have used the AI features more than five times within the first 14 days; after the 14-day window no refunds are issued for AI usage. Refunds are processed within 30 days of initiation.
