Postman subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve online via the billing dashboard (Plan and Payments > Overview > Cancel plan); only users with the Billing or Super Admin role may do so. Cancellation stops auto-renewal and the plan remains active until the end of the current billing term; an 'Undo cancellation' option is available in the dashboard before the term ends. Paid fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable per Postman's terms of service, with no prorated refunds upon cancellation. There is no pause or freeze option; account data can be permanently deleted separately via Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
