How hard is it to cancel PosteMobile?
PosteMobile scores 50/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IT — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via email, phone, postal mail.
To cancel a PosteMobile SIM or subscription, customers must submit a completed 'Modulo di Richiesta Cessazione Contratto' (contract termination form) together with a copy of a valid ID, with at least 30 days' advance notice, via email, fax (800.242.626), or registered mail to PosteMobile's PO Box in Verona. There is no self-serve online cancellation portal; all terminations require offline submission. Any residual prepaid credit can be refunded via bank transfer (€3 fee) or certified cheque (€5 fee), or transferred to another PosteMobile SIM at no cost. For distance/online purchases, a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies with full reimbursement of the SIM cost.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
