How hard is it to cancel point.me?
point.me scores 86/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
point.me Premium subscriptions are cancelled self-serve in-account: click your login name, choose Manage your Account, go to Plan & Billing, scroll to Plan Details and click Cancel. The cancellation is confirmed when the Cancel option no longer appears under plan details. Membership auto-renews monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Terms and Conditions state payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
