How hard is it to cancel Poe?

Poe subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through account settings on the web (via Stripe's customer portal) or through the iOS/Android app; subscriptions purchased via Apple or Google Play must be cancelled through those platforms directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and Poe explicitly warns users to cancel the day before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in Poe's separate Refund Policy or at Quora's discretion; third-party platform purchases follow Apple/Google refund policies. There is no pause or freeze option, and account deletion (Settings > Delete Account) does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription.
