Cancellation is self-serve in account billing settings and the pricing CTA says 'Cancel anytime' — but this conflicts with ToS §7.3, which requires cancelling 'at least 30 days before renewal,' a meaningful contradiction between marketing and binding terms. Refunds are strict and clearly disclosed: annual is 'paid upfront, non-refundable,' all fees are 'final and non-refundable except at our sole discretion,' and exporting your data waives any refund for the current period. Governing law is Delaware with mandatory AAA arbitration. No dedicated cancellation page, and the legal pages are findable only via the footer (and block crawlers with 403).
