How hard is it to cancel PocketSmith?
PocketSmith scores 73/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
PocketSmith subscriptions are cancelled online by downgrading to the free plan via Profile > Subscription & Billing > Switch your plan, which takes effect immediately and removes billing details while retaining data. Full account deletion (and all data removal) is also self-serve at https://my.pocketsmith.com/account/cancel. Refunds are available in full within 14 days of purchase by contacting support; quarterly and annual plans can receive pro-rata refunds for remaining full months after 14 days, but monthly plans are ineligible after 14 days. Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
