Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

PlushCare membership can be cancelled at any time online (account Profile > Payment and Insurance), via the mobile app (My Profile > Delete My Account), by email to [email protected], or by calling the Care Team. Cancellation must be completed at least one day before the next renewal date; the membership remains active through the end of the current billing period with no refund for the unused portion. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of a charge (trial period); if PlushCare terminates the account for non-breach reasons, a pro-rata refund is issued. There are no lock-in contracts or early-cancellation fees.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
