How hard is it to cancel Plus (Polkomtel)?

Plus (Polkomtel) scores 50/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the PL — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via email, postal mail, in person.

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade D

Subscribers can cancel by submitting a written notice via email to [email protected], registered mail to Polkomtel's customer service address, or in person at a Plus store; no online self-service cancellation portal exists. For fixed-term contracts, notice must be submitted at least 30 days before expiry to avoid automatic renewal to an indefinite term; for indefinite-term contracts, a 30-day notice period applies (counted from the first day of the next billing cycle). Contracts signed at distance (online/phone) carry a 14-day right of withdrawal with full refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Early termination of a fixed-term contract before its end date may result in penalty charges as specified in the individual agreement.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
