How hard is it to cancel Plus AI?

Plus AI documents self-serve cancellation via the billing portal at app.plusdocs.com/billing-portal, where the user clicks Manage plan to open Stripe and selects Cancel subscription; cancellation is also reachable in-app via the PowerPoint sidebar (Usage and Billing) or Google Slides (Manage Plans and Billing). Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled, and users are advised to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. The guide explicitly states Plus AI does not offer refunds on paid subscriptions and does not issue refunds for subscription payments. New customers can try a paid plan for 7 days and may cancel any time during the trial.
